This project is centred on family, identity and memory. Traces features a collection of both archive and new images, by collecting, organising and re-interpreting my family photographic archive, I am taking myself on a conceptual journey as way of exploring the traces left behind by my family.

I never met my maternal grandparents, so these images acts as a way of exploring this side of my family. These images were made to feature in a book form (included below). The book is a one-off, made from scratch by me, everything from the hardback cover, to the clamshell box and the screen printed title.
